Jade
Signature has achieved a Civil Engineering feat excavating close to 35’ below
sea level, on the beach, without sheet piles utilizing the “grout plug” deep
soil mix technique. The excavation area is dryer than ever thought possible and
the Jade Signature ticks off another successful milestone. Congratulations to
Capform Reinforced Concrete Structures for successfully securing the complete
shell contract award! Capform mobilized this week and Prestige Concrete and
Protech Waterproofing mobilize next week to begin the critical installation of
gunite to our vertical substrate and waterproofing to our hydrostatic mat. This
project truly exemplifies the “Build Smart” philosophy with this massive
construction achievement.
