June 4th, 2014 Construction Updates

The Jade Signature team enters the home stretch for the completion of the 36” diameter pile installation. At 70% completion of these piles and the mobilization of the 18” diameter pile rig, we are weeks away from commencement of mass excavation. We are happy to announce the award of mass excavation to Gonzalez & Sons Equipment Inc. Their successful completion of the Sunny Isles Jade Signature Beach Restoration project made Gonzalez & Sons an easy choice for another critical milestone. 

In addition, the Jade Signature Project Management Team has grown overnight with the addition of 6 new team members in preparation for going vertical. The team is focused, organized and energized!
