Jade Signature’s beach restoration project is well under way and right on schedule. Our commitment to the community and our neighbors through the strategic placement of beach sand on approximately one quarter of a mile stretch of beach on the City of Sunny Isles will be a welcomed installation for the beach goers and sea turtles. Back on the Jade Signature property, the subterranean site work is right on track for our future vertical milestone. The designers continue to refine the interior and exterior focal points in the deliverables in preparation for the 75% Construction Drawing delivery later this month. The Suffolk team moves into their new “office of the future” during the second week in February - a project that was managed and supervised by our Project Engineer Kyle Tarr.
