scalloped columns share the interior and exterior space utilizing a custom
curtain wall system developed exclusively
by NR group for the Jade Signature to separate the elements from the interior. Herzog &
de Meuron developed the exterior
terrazzo walking surface
In conjunction with Creative Terrazzo Systems Inc.. Creative Terrazzo produced a multitude of samples with various aggregate and color matrix for the interior designers, Pierre Yves Rochon.
The
final interior selection is comprised of an imported white quartz aggregate.
After careful selection of these important finishes the journeymen craftsman
will demonstrate their talents by installing control
samples of each of these elements in this half million dollar Amenity Level
Visual Study managed by Suffolk’s Assistant Project Manager Candice Peralta.
This Visual Mock-Up is a quality control
investment that establishes a level of excellence expected in the Jade
Signature.
