The 3
levels of parking directly under the tower footprint are in place. Jade
Signature is in the process of placing the concrete floor for Level 1 this
month. We have our electrical subcontractor (Power Design) our plumbing
subcontractor (Professional Plumbing), our mechanical subcontractor (CYVSA
International) and our fire protection subcontractor (National Fire
Protection) coordinating their daily installations with our concrete
subcontractor (Capform) on this very complex project.
Off-site
we have a great deal going on such as the “Visual Mock-up” in Medley that hosts
the opportunity for our finish subcontractors to practice their installations
and refine their details to produce a world class luxury residential high-rise.
Our custom glazing designs by NR Group and Continental Glass are in the process
of securing their Miami-Dade NOA ratings for each of their systems. The
designers: McNamara-Salvia, Herzog de Meuron and ADD. Inc. are working
diligently in the background solving our complex daily challenges.
